This immersive dessert-focused cooking experience explores India’s deep-rooted sweet-making traditions. Guided by Dr. Chef Rajeev Goyal, guests learn how regional sweets reflect culture, festivals, and family heritage. The session reveals how simple ingredients like milk, jaggery, flour, and nuts are transformed into iconic Indian Sweets (mithai) through time-honored methods.

Participants not only cook classic sweets but also gain insight into the stories, symbolism, and techniques behind India’s dessert legacy.

Guests will prepare 2–3 traditional Indian sweets, which can be adapted into several variations by changing fillings, flavorings, and garnishes.
